reZolve Communications is a Calgary based organization that helps people communicate, build effective teams and resolve conflict.

Gerry Doerksen CMed, is a Chartered Mediator with reZolve Communications. He is a management consultant and works with businesses across multiple industries to enable them to grow and succeed. His 15 of years corporate experience includes working with companies such as Agrium Inc, Viridian Inc and Sherritt Gordon Mines Ltd. He has worked with many small and medium sized businesses helping them in the areas of measurement and operational efficiency.

 

Gerry’s  ability to listen and understand serves his clients well. His past business experience, ability to analyze, see opportunities and set challenging goals, helps move organizations to the next level. His ability to be curious, remain neutral and create safe environments helps individuals and organizations resolve conflict and restore relationships.
He is a Chartered Mediator with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada and a graduate of the University of Alberta with a B.Sc in Agricultural Economics.
